Taking care of your skin is a tough task in winter, there is no doubt about it, but with proper knowledge, you can pave the way for glowing skin. Everyone does not have the same skin type some have dried skin while others may have oily skin. But there are few natural remedies which work for almost all types of skins. during winter is that our skin gets dry and it’s due to lack of moisture.

If you want to have good skin you need to have a good body from inside and veggies are the perfect ways to stay healthy. Also, green leafy vegetables have many vitamins and minerals in abundance to give your body all the nutrients it needs.
BERRIES & CITRUS FOOD:
Berries are heavily loaded with antioxidants and thus are very good for your skin. Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, and Mulberries are a few examples of the best skin food you can rely on to give you natural glow this winter. Also, citrus fruits are loaded with vitamin C which is the best medicine for your skin, fruits like Sweet Lime, Orange and Kiwi are the best-known sources of Vitamin C.

various skin and hair care purposes. It has high levels of ‘Ferulic and p-Coumaric
acid’ which fights any damages that might have happened to your skin in

It feels like heaven when you take a
long hot shower after a long day in winters but it can be the reason for the
extra dryness on your skin. The hot water depletes the natural oil of your skin

Omega-3 fats are known as a boon for your skin and hair. To make sure your skin is smooth and soft during winter make sure to have enough foods which contain omega-3 fatty acid. CREAM MILK & HONEY:
Cream milk is one of the best natural
moisturizers available in your kitchen to keep your skin soft and supple. Add
that to honey which has natural anti-bacterial properties and you have the
perfect mixture to make your skin smooth and glowing this winter. Just add a
tablespoon of honey into 2 tablespoons of milk cream and mix it well, now apply
the mixture softly on your skin and keep it for 30 minutes before washing it
off with lukewarm water.
MASHED BANANA & ROSEWATER:
Banana is laden with an abundant amount of vitamin A and other nutrients which keep your skin moist and rash free. Even rubbing the peel on your skin has been proven to be very effective in skincare. Just take some banana and mash it properly add rosewater to it for smoothness and then apply the mask on your face. Keep the mask for 15 minutes and then wash off with normal water.
PAPAYA & HONEY FACE PACK:
Papaya is very rich in antioxidants which are great for your skin and considering it is readily available everywhere it very helpful in taking care of winter skin. Just mash ripe papaya and mix it with honey to make a thick paste. Apply the paste on your face for 30 minutes and wash it off with water.
ALMOND WITH MILK:
Almond is a very good source of protein and various other nutrients that are very good for your skin. Just mix the almond powder with milk to make a thick paste and apply it on your face for 15 to 20 minutes before washing it off with lukewarm water.
YOGURT & ROSEWATER:
Yogurt is very rich in protein and
calcium which makes it good for keeping your skin moisturized for a long time.
Just mix 1 tablespoon of yogurt with some rosewater to make a paste and apply
it on your skin for 20 minutes.
Glycerin is very effective in restoring the lost moisturize of your skin during winter. Glycerin is widely used and readily available which makes it a very important tool in taking on the winter dryness of your skin. Take some glycerin in your hand and apply it on your face before bedtime and wash it off in the morning for maximum effect.
Talking about winter skincare is almost impossible without mentioning petroleum jelly, it comes as a boon for us to take care of winter skin. Just apply some amount of petroleum jelly wherever you feel dryness in winter and leave it overnight. Wash it with lukewarm water in the morning.
STRAWBERRY FACE MASK:
Strawberries, as mentioned earlier, are a very good source of antioxidants but it not only helps your skin when consumed but also when applied on the skin. Just put 3 to 4 strawberries in a grinder and add thick cream to the paste and your mask is ready. Apply the mask for 1 hour before washing off and see your glowing skin.
LEMON & HONEY:
Last but certainly not the least lemon is a great source of vitamin C which is like medicine for your skin. Applying lemon can cause some irritation but the pain is worth it. Just add some honey to 2 to 3 tablespoon of lemon juice and apply it on the skin, leave it for 10 minutes and get the glowing face instantly.
