HOMEMADE NATURAL FACIAL SCRUB TO EXFOLIATE AND GET BEAUTIFUL SKIN NATURALLY

- SEA SALT BODY SCRUB:

Blood circulation is improved and pigmentation is reduced. Take 1 cup sea salt and 10 drops of any essential oil of your liking. Combine all and form a hard paste. Apply this paste on your skin in a proper circular motion with an interval of about 2 minutes in between. Keep it for 20 minutes and use lukewarm water to wash it. The preparation of this scrub takes 5 minutes. Using this scrub once a week can give you effective results.
- VANILLA & SUGAR SCRUB:

Vanilla and sugar together can give you a moisturized skin and make it look younger. It prevents skin from getting damaged and harmful UV rays cannot affect skin when using this scrub weekly. Take ½ cup sugar, 1 tablespoon olive oil and 1 tablespoon vanilla essence. This scrub is easy to prepare and just takes 2 minutes. You have to mix all of them together and form a paste. Use your fingers to apply it. Gently massage it for 15 minutes and then take a damp cloth and wash it off with lukewarm water.

Olive oil used in the scrub keeps skin healthy and supple. All of the ingredients are essential for your skin. Take ½ cup ground coffee, ½ cup sugar, 1 teaspoon olive oil. You can also take Vitamin E capsules. Combine all of them properly to form a paste. Apply it on your face and keep it for 15 minutes and wash it off with cold water. This process can be practiced twice weekly for glowing skin.
- OATMEAL SCRUB:
